Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be unworn or unused, with tags still attached.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your package. Please note that a $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or charged to your account. Items sent back without prior authorization or a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn or are missing their original tags cannot be returned.
- Rad Designs Inc. reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for items that violate our Terms and Conditions, including:
- Items returned in damaged condition or without required packaging/documentation.
- Orders reasonably determined to have been placed using automated tools or software.
Defective products may be returned for a full refund or replacement, depending on availability.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item following our return policy. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
