Shipping policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Orders may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Return/Exchange Policy.

For the protection of our customers, Rad Designs Inc does not modify shipping addresses after an order is placed. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at checkout, which must match the billing address.

In compliance with our Fraud Protection Policy, all online orders must have the same billing and shipping address. Orders with differing addresses will not be processed to prevent fraudulent activity.

Additionally, we are unable to combine shipping for multiple orders.
